Dear all,
Due to global unrest caused by the COVID-19 outbreak, the NORDTEK President and University of Agder have decided to cancel the upcoming 2020 NORDTEK conference and all related activities in Grimstad.
We hope the situation will allow us to host the conference on a later stage and will get back to you as soon as new dates have been settled.
Some practical information:
– Those of you which have completed your registration with registration fee payment will be refunded. The refund will be given to the account the payment was done from and will be handled as soon as possible.
– Reservations done at Scandic Grimstad hotel or at Grimstad Vertshus will be cancelled. We will contact the hotel and Grimstad Vertshus about the matter and you do not have to make any further actions.
– Travel arrangements other than those handled from University of Agder needs to be cancelled individually.
