Sharing of knowledge in information technologies

Jelena Caiko, senior researcher at Riga Technical university, has just completed a research stay funded by Nordtek.

The aim of this academic mobility was sharing of expertise and knowledge as well as achievements in information and communication technologies, and security of cyber-physical systems to improve quality of teaching, abilities of students and new materials for laboratory works in field of Cyber-physical systems.

During this period, Caiko prepared new lectures for the subjects Industrial safety and Cybersecurity engineering. The experience exchange, as well as developing of study content e.g., description of laboratory work, was done together with associated professor Rasa Bruzgiene from Faculty of Informatics from Kaunas University of Technology.

Together they followed the laboratory works of student groups, and developed their own methodological approach, and academic materials for international students.
