Keynote Speakers

Agnė Vaiciukevičiūtė, member of the Vilnius City Council and former Deputy Minister of Transport and Communications of Lithuania
Presentation: “Policy-makers as impact drivers”. Agnė Vaiciukevičiūtė is a member of the Vilnius City Council and former Deputy Minister of Transport and Communications of Lithuania, where she led national efforts in sustainable mobility, 5G rollout, and digital infrastructure. Her work focused on translating strategic policy into real-world transformation, helping Lithuania align with EU transport and climate goals while building long-term economic resilience. Blending public service, policy, and academia, Agnė brings a systems-level perspective to complex challenges at the intersection of transport, sustainability, and technology.
Helen Sooväli-Sepping, sustainability expert, advisor for sustainability and green transition at TalTech
Presentation: "End of sustainability, or is it just a beginning? European technical universities’ strategies on sustainability". With a PhD in human geography, her research and expertise focus on human-centered sustainable urban development, circular economy, and climate-smart solutions. As former Vice-Rector for Green Transition at TalTech and Vice-Rector for Sustainability at Tallinn University, she has played a key role in integrating sustainability into higher education and public policy in Estonia, including leading the Estonian Human Development Report on public space and democracy.

Presentation: "Innovating Education in the AI Era". This session explores the transformative impact of AI on higher education. Oliver also highlight real-world examples from institutions, showcasing how they have successfully integrated AI to enhance their educational offerings and operations.
Elina Kähkönen, Aalto University
Presentation: "Cross-cutting Approaches in Education Transformation". Explore how Aalto University has decided to integrate three cross-cutting approaches – Solutions for sustainability, Radical creativity, and Entrepreneurial mindset – into all activities. In this presentation, Elina will share the actions taken, learnings, and achievements of the team's work so far.
Dalius Kazlauskas, City of Vilnius
Presentation: "Business of Tomorrow – How the City is Prepared for AI Transformation". Discover how the city embraces artificial intelligence to shape a smarter, more efficient future. This session explores the city's innovative strategies, people-driven initiatives, and purposeful steps toward AI integration across urban life.
